This is better than all the other videos.
In flex's novel he said he started using anabolics at age 18 I think. So he's 23 there....only 198. Didn't he compete at over 240 one point? How does a guy gain 50 pounds of muscle 5 years after he's been on gear heavily? Never seemsd like a big insulin user.
240 may have been inflated a tad, more like 235 from 198, makes it 37lbs and that would have been done in 8 or 9 years not 5 as parker mentioned he was only 215 in 93, very reasonable.
if flex weighed 220, he looked 240if flex weighed 240, he looked 260if he said he was 245 he was actually 230if he said he was 230, he was actually 215big arms, full delts, and big legs combined with a thin back throws off your perception a bit.
whats the deal with his height? find it hard to believe this guy was a legit 5'10
If you see him pictured with Ronnie, he is about as tall as Ronnie. This is how he could get away with weighing 215-220 and looking like he was 235.
i remember him stating his weights in a Musclemag interview. And if you look at the vid where he won his Pro card, I believe it said he was 235...he didn't look 235, and was slightly bigger than at the 91 USAs.His first Pro show was the Ironman, and the vid said 235...which he looked 230ish. Very full. Then the 93 Arnold, where again I think it said 235---but he looked down in weight (using the Ironman as a gauge to how u he needed to lose to come in looking shredded) and closer to his 92 USA weight. And in his Hardbody vid, which was filmed 1 week before the O, he said on camera that he was about 220, but still had some water to lose.
