This is a tough one because both have serious Quality's!
Uncle Junior could very likely just fix the fight( because of his connections to the underworld and unlimited money funds) but also has the advantage now that he is on Steroids and does massive amounts of Coke!
The mixture could be intimidating and might work in his favor! But only If he ever makes it out of bed and down the 3 flights of Stairs from his moms Attic!! (without hurting himself)!
ESFitness of course is a different Character all together ! But lets put it this way ,if ESF hits the Sweetspot (at 6g) and makes use of all the years of underground fighting Uncle junior should not be a match for him!!
I would put my money on ESFitness and predict a Choke out within 30 sec!!
