Movie was enjoyable, why ruin it by overthinking and over analyzing.

Because that's what we do here :)

Movie was great ..
Better than the prequels...
Went back to its roots..
Looking forward to episode 8
As well next year's Rogue 1 release....

Sick of hearing this shit about being better than the prequels.  That's not saying much at all.

LOL.

I liked it better than you did, but I'd never "defend" the film by comparing it to Eps. 1-3.  That's just silly IMO.

Would be great to see a version of the film directed by some of the auteurs on getbig.

Imagine how good this movie would've been if Getbiggers wrote the scrip, directed it and acted in it.

Scriptwriter = Dave Czech
Director = Shizzo

Rey = Goodrum
Finn = Soulcrusher
Kylo Ren = Coach Joe Marino
Captain Phasma = Marty Champ
Hux = Tbombz
Snoke = Donny
Poe Dameron = Navy Mike (injuring his knee at the Starkiller bombingrun)
Chewbacca = Big Mike Cox
Maz Kanata = Howard
Admiral Allahu Ackbar = a_achmed
Nien Nunb = Musclecenter
BB-8 = Chaos

I finally saw the movie.  Came in with low expectations and ended up liking it more than I thought I would.  Tracey Morgan was the only part of this movie that I really didn't care for but I didn't hate him.  He was ok.  Not looking forward to seeing his sweaty black ass on top of Rey but what the hell can you do.

If they wanted to make some real money they should have cast me in his role.  My model good looks and my rhinoceros sized cock would have dominated the film.  Rey would have been pregnant with my bastard halfway through the movie.  I would have knocked up her character as well as the actress who played her.  Just fucking dropping loads everywhere.  Most of the original plot would have gotten tossed out and the movie would mostly center around my dong.  They'd change it to NC-17 or XXX.

It would be the biggest movie in cinematic history.  Like Deep Throat, The Godfather and Titanic combined.  The first porno/blockbuster ever made.  They'd invent a new Oscar category so they could give me an even more prestigious award.  The entire film industry would be turned upside down.

SNL can still put together a good one at times.  It's spot on if you've seen the UC Boss show.

Is Kyle character jewish?

He was the son of Leia Organa/Carrie Fisher (jew) and Han Solo/Harrison Ford (Fords grandparents were jewish immigrants from Minsk).

In the expanded universe in the books, the Empire survived, they had after all only lost that one battle in RoTJ.

Their territory was smaller but they were ruled by a military commander, Grand Admiral Thrawn.

Though, the Force Awakens does seem to take some inspiration from this expanded universe, where the Empire became more of a military regime led by military commanders.

Aye, I just watched it a couple days ago.

I did pretty good at keeping myself from knowing too much about it because I had no fucking clue I was about to watch a remake until I was actually watching it.  One thing I did know about was harrison wouldn't be around for the second movie because the dude has not a lot of love for .. anything these days so it'd be a cash grab.

I just don't get why they insisted on doing a death star rehash and having a hell of a lot weaker characters as the leads (a girl who masters the force about 5 minutes after realising she can do it), a very weak military leader and sith jedi who is bested by 5 minutes into her jedi career girl.

A lot of silly science shit that went a bit too far.. lightspeeding behind shields, a planet sucking up a star etc

It was okay and very star warsy but I'd have been down to watch a more mature trilogy about Thrawn.

I bought it on iTunes yesterday, started watching it, stop after 20 mins. It was better the first time at the movies.
