The junior shit pushed it so far from its original intended purpose that the backlash is now forcing it back to the other end of the spectrum, where it should be. Happens in any place or situation where things get out of sync because of bullshit.
Yup,it`s trying to find a harmonious balance of peace.

I've been eating old school lately, a pound of ground beef a day with tons of milk and heavy cream. Great results!

I used to do the diet coke/tuna shakes. Can't be the convenience and price.

Sounds disgusting.  :-X

What about tuna surprise?

Can of tuna and blindly grab something from the fridge and blend it with it....tuna and diet coke tastes like gone off custard

Nobody online ever mentions this, probably because anyone old enough to remember it is fucking dead, but when I was a kid,all the top guys in the mags would just eat meat + water with an occasional salad here and there.

I`m going way back, but they looked far better than the bloated fucksticks that pass for bodybuilders these days..they even had striations, veins, and clean seperation between bodyparts!  :(
8) 8)That's a fact!  That also one of the reason!  so simple but highly effective!  If you can handle it !

Mike Matarazzo used to make protein shakes with canned tuna, a can of diet coke, and peanut butter.

Supposedly the Ultimate Warrior did a can of tuna and orange juice. Maybe tuna shakes are the secret.

Tastes better than you think. Eating tuna raw is pretty rough.

Ever heard of mayonnaise?

Lean steak or tuna and pineapple for the enzymatic digestant aid.

Plus copious amounts of spring water or sparkling water.

You will lean out.

No, I only eat it every day. What's that? Some kind of vomit-suppressant?
