what the hell, just because he said die you stupid bitch and some other things he admitted to, what a fucked planet, if you break into someones home you die, i never broke into anyones home but i knew kids that did when i was younger they never amounted to shit all under 5'8

If true, that's a bad shoot. You can't do that.

The wounding of the perpetrator ended the danger. Once the danger to you has ended, no further force is allowed.

1)The execution was summary punishment, which is highly illegal.
2)The shooting of the perpetrator after the threat was ended is excessive force.
3)The killing of the wounded perpetrator could be argued to be first degree murder.
