Solid Piece of kit. i take it you have an incline bench too ? I have a really solid Incline bench made from a firm in south Germany...they make them when you order not mass produced. it´s solid too.

you must have some shitty well water.

I don't use that anymore. My well water is tested and 100% pure. For now. The fucking well hole is 500 feet down.

This bench from Zuvers gym is a monster,you can see the weight in the description.It was made from the "tooth" on the bucket of an earth moving machine.It has a seat welded at the back so the spotter can have a rest if he wants.

Nice Plywood you have back there, how did you get such a great cut on it? do you mind sharing the dimensions of it ? 

did you put a clear coating on it to protect its finish  ??? ???

I hear you, but I'll admit I'm guilty of using one for a good amount of time.  Getting rid of it was one of the few good moves I've made, lol.
