They should hustle their asses into an education or trade. With all the success stories in this country, there's no excuse sans the ones that never really had a chance due to that's all they know. (still not an excuse).
If they were all born in the suburbs or expensive city properties, they would man. They'd still have gangsters but only like 5% of them would be. Give a black kid from age 4 a chance at a good education, and most don't drop out. A lot of them get bachelor's or master's degrees.
But the ones who get told college is $10000/year for a state school or that the trades require a vocational diploma + a place willing to hire your young ass as an apprentice (never happens), they get frustrated and go someplace else. Which for most means the street. Plus blacks since Africa have loved jewelry, expensive stones, and nice clothing. The old kings used to wear full-body outfits covered in diamonds (from the ground they lived on) and gold. It's in their soul and their blood. They want to shine. White guys don't care about looking like shit.
