Bragging about your build while on steroids is just silly and means nothing. Let's see what your build was before steroids. Bragging about pressing four plates on a hammer strength means nothing. Let's see what you can press on a real free weight incline. I thought so. Also if every muscle in your body is working while your pressing 4 plates on the hammer strength then I imagine it may be too much weight for you.
There is a real difference in how the body mechanic works with free weights as opposed to machines hammerstrength and or cables. Hammer strength machines are great yet not a true test of one's real power or strength same for cables or machines. They work in a fixed track that takes the stabilizer muscles that harnessed for balance. This is why good powerlifters are so thick and masive, they have built not only the major muscle groups but all secondary as well.
So back to the pump question. Try this one out. Perform fairly heavy bent over barbell rows in your best form for as many sets and reps until good form is hard to do. Then proceed to either the flat barbell bench press or incline press with a fairly heavy weight in the same fashion. Rest no more than one min between your sets. You will be pumped up like king fuck.ing Kong. Every muscle in your upper body will be engorged and rammed full of blood.
