this mornings workout: muscles of the legs
lying leg curl: 4x 15-12 reps
seated leg curl: 4x15-12 reps
standing calf raise: 4x20-15 reps
leg press: 20x300kg, 15x300kg, 15x260kg, 17x220kg
after this i was pretty spent
managed another 2x20 reps with just 40kg in the hack squat but after this i felt all fucked up and had to stop the workout
hit a couple of leg shots, veins bursting out of the skin
