It starts getting embarassing when they shop his calves on one page but forget to do it on the next one :D

AAHAHAHHAHAAH!!!

I haven't bought a bb mag in over a decade that I can remember.....I have no plans to buy one in the future.

They're ridiculous and embarrassing to be seen with.

500 pages and 490 of em are ads.....all for the low price of $7.99 (or whatever it is today).

I thumbed one in a grocery store about a year ago.....felt like a moron.

For future reference all magazine covers that feature a person's face or body are photoshopped.  This is standard industry practice.  That is why publications make a big deal of whenever they publish "unretouched" photographs. That said, MD has been way over the top with photoshopping for years.  And why not?  That's what their audience wants to see.  If you are simpleminded enough to buy an MD magazine it is not as though you are one to care about photographic integrity.  Bah!

Wolf would be better off amputating below the knee and tying a large elastic band around his quads real tight to squash his quads into an upper thigh and calves. He'd still be taller than the rest of the midgets.

Hate these shitty BB mags.
90% supplement advertisements and the remaining 10% is just heavily shopped photos of pro's making retarded expressions while giving you what their arm or back routine looks like.

MD has gone to shit I used to buy it but stopped about 3 years ago as it deterioated. Paper magazines are a dying breed, probably why they had to start filling it with adds to make ends meet. The photo shop fail is brilliant, I am going to post it to MD facebook wall now.

MuscleMag of the 80's was the best magazine.  Great photos. Great covers.  Minimal ads.  And great articles, especially ones by Greg Zulak.   Well worth the $2.95 price tag.

;D they need to return to the past to resurrect this dinosaur. there was more quality content in the 66 or so pages than the 300 page ad catalogues they put out now.

Somewhere in the nineties I bought my last BB mag, will never ever buy one again. The photoshop insanity of MD is just as messed up as the chemical junkies they are showing.

then how comes it still exists  :( something doenst add up here

It will be dead in 2 years at most.  The BB mags are a joke and not worth reading.  I have a 3 year subscription that i got a couple of years back and i barely read it.  It's shit.  Ads, ads and more ads interspersed with bad articles peppered with pictures of gh bloated, grimacing dickwads.  A sad state.  Uncle Joe Weider must be rolling in his grave.

LOL that schmoe is responsible for starting that shit in the first place. When the freak era came along he was more than happy to plaster those drug-abusers on his magazine covers. I don't think he ever cared about the degradation that went into looking like that. Just consider Mike Matarazzo was one of his favorites because he basically coached him into the covers and put him on there more than almost anyone other than Arnold, even though the guy never won a pro show. Then when he got sick and almost died, Schmoe Weider never even sent him a postcard.

It's just a cold business.

did we ever figure out the cause of the calf difference?  Surely just the angle.  I think he's not flexed in the first pic.  He flexes in pic 2.  Debunked, as have all conspiracy theories, ever.
