Try it. They won't even review the complaint. If you don't believe it, go right ahead. Only works for legitimate films, music, other creative content, or full names.  Not drunken pikers screaming profanities into their Logitech webcam in a dusty attic. They don't even remove videos with address information in it if a name is absent (check the policy).
