You are one of the dumbfucks that have being bewitched by broscience, I will admit I used to be under the spell and stuff myself with food 6 times per day, but since i start to eat only 3 good size meals I look better and have more time to other stuff then eating.

No its because I, like many lifters/bodybuilders, get PAINFULLY HUNGRY every 2 to 3 hours..I have no qualms eating 1500 cals then going 6 hours in an emergency..but even then I will be hungry again in 2 to 3 hours lol.

Eq should be at least 400-500 mg for 10 weeks. Expect cravings within 2-3 weeks.

No, I was referring to eq. Test is rather a matter of preference, some take 200, some do 2000 or more..

Just 250 test and 20mg dbol preworkout right now, cruisin. Like I said I cannot imagine how the pro's do it lol...Grams and grams of shit and carrying a lean 280lbs+  They must just be perpetually hungry all day lol..

On some Branch video his wife says something like "You don't want to see him when he's hungry" or something, she is a very nice lady so that probably translates to "He will bite your hand off like a pitbull for touching his food while he's eating" lol

I needed 5,000 calories a day to maintain 240lbs...And I'm not talking 2 whole pizzas a day. I'm talking very specific macros, namely 300g+ protein, and low fat. It is extremely hard to do this without drinking 6 shakes a day...

They need the food. Period.

Most pros need 500g of carbs to handle their insulin dosing alone...Jay was on 1,000g carbs a day at 300+lbs...That is 4,000 calories of carbs alone.



280lbs @ 10% bf...You fucking need 6,000 calories a day...Bare Minimum.

If you have never been 220-250lbs and active, lifting hard, semi-lean, working, running around doing errands, etc...There is no need for you to chime in on such matters, because you simply have no fucking clue what it takes...
