I aways tell you halo that your diet could be better, thats how you need to eat buy some tupperware go to the supermarket get olive oil brocoli, avacados, brown rice, steel cut oats etc, do a big cooking put in tupperware put in fridge and when you are hungry put in microwave.

Its a grain from south america its like a cross between rice and oats but it has higher protein.

He IS huge from any possible angle (no Flint), and I was surprised about his length. I thought below 170 cm, but he was about 175.

nothing crazy about it. with more mass, metabolism increases. he's got alot of mass so his body can absorb it all

He has his BSN "peri-workout" nutrition gimmick protocol at 12:30. He probably trained for about 3 hours then.
