Depends on what you consider younger. When you're a teenager it is natural to sleep longer as you are growing. When I was 16-19 I could sleep all day after an all nighter/late night, prob cos I needed 8-10 hours sleep. By my early 20's when I'd stopped growing (height wise anyway) I'd be lucky to get 5-6 hours after a late night.
Last time I went out properly was Jan this year (getting older sucks) - I was out til after 4am, absolutely pissed, and tired after a long day the day before. Crept into bed expecting to sleep like a rock. Was up at 9am next morning making myself scrambled eggs on toast and swallowing nurofen.
Last year or so I can hardly sleep full stop, it sucks.
