I would open an off-licence (liquor store) as it is basically a licence to print money in Ireland but you couldn't compete with the buying power of major multiples (who often sell below cost) as many here drink to get drunk, not for flavour, therefore price is king.

#1- You will make alot of money if you can own a liquor store especially if you have alot of  knowledge about liquor and what products to order. liquor stores rake in alot of cash.

#2-Legal Marijuana Dispansarys make a shit load of money especially if you have growers growing your product. but Marijauna Dispensarys are not as safe as a liquor store even though selling medciinal Marijuana is legal by the state it is federally illegal you are still selling a scheduled 1 drug the feds can come shut you donw if you are not paying them off a heavy cutt. If you pay thhe feds right you can make a shit load of cash.

#3- If you have the Balls to do it- start a Anabolic Steroid/ other medication website.definatey alot of money in selling anabolic steroids/HGH and other medications. Guys are out there getting rish selling Anabolic steroids,HGH and Erectile Dysfuntion pills.

#4-Start a Brothel! Hell even sell yourself.Have everybody start stripping and selling pussy to rich old men. You can sell yourself to rich old women if the price is right if it's not right don't do it/ focus the business on women for men but also men for women sells a little.
