Author Topic: i ordered ronnie coleman's RESURECT PM supplement so i can sleep all day (Read 6040 times)

Horrible nightmares, neurological issues, major aging of face and skin (there are plenty of reports out there from people who claim while being on GABA for a year they were aging facially like 5-6 years)

I'd keenly stay away from that rat poison, there are tons of dubious reports and studies out there regarding GABA.

Rather stick with melatonin, that's way better tested and examined as GABA, which is just crap from the unregulated supplement market while noone really knows what it does to the body and brain.

Sorry my fault, I wrote "tons of dubious reports and studies", while it should say tons of dubious reports without any long-term studies to disprove them.

I wouldn't use it from what I've heared and read, but that's up to anyone. If you wanna take it, take it, doesn't affect my bank account either way.

OK, point taken. It's a good thing to have a critical view on ergogenic aids, since it's not worth the possible risk on the long term.

Defiantly made me sleep but not well! I'd be stick in horrible nightmares unable to awaken even tho I could realize im asleep. I'd never take anything that promotes sleep or "works" when I'm asleep unless its melatonin
