The gyms in California are huge beyond belief. I would be roaming lost in the gym looking for the piece of equipment I needed.  In the late 70's there were not chain gyms outside of Jack Lalanne's. Everything was a little store front that someone put together a mismatched manufacture collection of equipment. You would rarely find a girl in these gyms. Everyone was living the same bodybuilding dream so the gyms had a great vibe of effort.

jay is trolling u guys... if u are on roids u dont need to lift heavy to put on muscle all u need is to focus and get a good pump thats it

Today's guys are in and out of the gym in 45 minutes. Then just pin, sleep, and eat the rest of the day away. Lazy bastards.
