Duncan should sign a 1 year contract and come back and get a 6th ring after this one.  This is a proud day for Spurs Nation. Redemption will be ours!

Well said sir..

Who else can Miami bring in to help LeBron win?  Carmelo, Dwight, Kyrie?

In case anyone is wondering, The Spurs are what basketball should be about. I've been a fan, since the David Robinson era. I liked Coach Pop cause he was a military guy as well. Anyway, this is a rare sports organization. That does do extravagant things but they all live by the selfless, team mantra, with the Brilliant Coach Pop. at the helm. No one is better than the team Starting with Duncan and that echos throughout the team. Did you know the Spurs have the highest winning percentage of any sports team in the last 15 years? It's just an awesome sports club in general. This is overdue and Duncan does retire it's been one incredible career. All quietly and "boring". Other teams should follow suit. I'm not into sports like I used to be in my 20s but I'll always watch a Spurs game with Coach Pop at the helm and my Pats with Bellichic.

He seems to turn into Superman in the playoffs.  I agree he is very underrated.

Spurs need to play to win, no play to hold the lead.
Miami will score 20 pts in 3 mins.

Correct. Just cause he doesn't do flashy shit or score 30 per night. . I'd take Parker over Chris Paul or Derek Rose any day to build a team around. He can do everything well and he's smart.

Wiggs, take a lesson from Lebron and don't count championships until they are actually won.

I doubt Miami will rebound from these two ass kickings but sometimes shit happens.

That said, I hate the Spurs but I love Pop and Duncan.  You almost have to like those two.

Popovich is awesome, best coach in the league throughout most of his career (no real competition there other than Phil J) and his interviews are a riot.
