Thanks for the info. I think I am going to stay with pseudoephedrine. Less food, with more intense work-outs and cardio sounds like a good weight loss plan for me. Even if the pseudoephedrine is not thermogenic itself, its effects on appetite and energy do promote a weightloss. And I don't feel like a coke head when I'm on it like i do with ephedrine.
But one thing that still confuses me about both the pseudoephedrine, and ephedrine is that they both make me feel really cold. I have to wear underarmor cold gear just to not feel like I'm freezing. I thought they were supposed to raise body temperature? My guess is that maybee its like when you have a fever. And your body feels really cold, but you are actually burning up. Or maybee the vascular constriction stops blood flow and cause's the cold feeling.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
