Perhaps this is so, or perhaps you just think it is. Some people believe that their body actually tells them what is needed in terms of nutrition which then dictates what, when and how much they eat. Unfortunately many people have lost touch with their body's ability to crave what it needs they fall prey to habit eating....often bad habit eating.
