On Friday, Republicans leaked what they said was a quote from Rhodes: "We must make sure that the talking points reflect all agency equities, including those of the State Department, and we don't want to undermine the FBI investigation."


But it turns out that in the actual email, Rhodes did not mention the State Department.

And what proof do we have? I have worked in IT for over 20 years let me see the original emails and will tell you anything has been changed.

it's a pretty huge contradiction.  would LOVE to see the WH busted changing emails for release.  Would hate to see repubs undermine their credibility by inserting a little thing like State Dept while assigning blame for something huge like this.

Someone blamed them - Now either the repubs exaggerated shit in their statement to rile people up by blaming someone about benghazi that didn't have anything to do with it - a straight lie - OR the white house edited emails, evidence of a cover-up.

Seriously, this is the same old game. Reps won't push this to far, because once they are in control they will do some bad shit. Dems won't push to far for the same reason. Just keep superficial things at the forefront and fuck America and it's citizens for all the money and power you can grab.
