I got into a debate about steroids with the site admin mod and he kept banging on about steroids being a fraction of the reason you make gains, it was all diet and training.
When I asked him why he had called the site steroidolgy rather that trainology or dietology he banned me.

Fuck èm is right.   Ordered some protein off them and they sent me my order and three months later sent me the order again.  So I got two tubs of protein even though I only ordered one.  Now the fuckers are coming after me wanting me to pay for the duplicate order which I didn`t request.

i find the store to be damn fast.   stuff arrives literally 30 hours later.  usually mainstream whey, however.  not sure how the rarer stuff works.

the forums?  I haven't been there in years.  Are they highly moderated?
