Lob has sick quads from the back you can see them pop out from the upper thigh area like Halo said. Especially compared to the other women.
Excellent back detail. Better than the others. More ham detail and I can see her being a serious threat.

I agree fully and thought she should be in the second call out.  Lob you looked pretty darn good from the front too but with IFBB politics in play and it being your first contest you didn't get the comparisons you should have.

I would hit the stage soon with better leg conditioning (drop more water) and start to garner some judge recognition. First show and some good things were said about your structure.

From the front it is clear that many of these girls are as muscular as I am, and at least as balanced if not more so. But they're also leaner and drier.
That's not to say I don't have things that could be improved, like my shoulders (and well, glutes can never be TOO developed, can they?), but the most glaring difference is conditioning

Yeah you're wrong. She does not have implants. The picture I posted is from the Olympia last year, and she's actually well known among female fans of the sport for NOT having implants. She's won the Olympia more than once without them, so even if she just got them yesterday, her successful record still stands.

I don't know if Bethany Cisternino has them now, but she was certainly placing well without them. She almost always wins the physique rounds in fitness, and the singular time she competed in the ny figure pro, she got fifth, sans tits.

Padding is pretty amazing.



I've used bigger padding than the padding I used this time, but I stand firmly by my opinion that if I'd shown up tighter, and no one would be thinking about my tits. Judges notice the stupid flaws when the important standards aren't met. All things being equal, sure a girl with tits will likely win, but you can't really judge that until all things are equal.
Next time I'll do better at making things equal. Promise, Big C.

Lobs,just my opinion,but tone down the front relaxed stance.....ie.,arms held out too wide and bent too much.

You don`t want to appear as if you have a barrel under each arm.......just a bit less.

It`s the extreme elbow bend coupled with sort of combined a shrugging/raising of the shoulders...........not a good luck IMO.
