I go out 3/4 times a week, trying to limit it to 1 or two...lots of it starts work related (client meeting dinners) then usually end up gettign tempted to join friends in near by bars and clubs.
The trick is now, I don't drink much at all. But still find all the late nights fuckign me up....I hardly ever do the old school benders where I stroll back home at 7am....3am and Im in bed well tucked in...or on my back getting blown off by an Essex girl.
