He has some serious arms but like I always say shoulders too big can throw the physique out of whack anyway biggets arms of all current pros

I give it to Phil for having the most detailed arms...but Ramy, Kai, and Wolf all have bigger arms than Phil.

They don't look that big. Smaller than Heath's, Ronnie's or Dillett's did in their videos.

I would say his legs and back thickness are his freak factor.

Big ramy really needs to work on getting a personality he walks around like a big dummy dennis has to do the talking for him.

Even dexter and Darrem Charles arms were on par with Phil

Like u said its all an illusion for Phil cause of the detail and forearms

But the ones i mentioned are def on par with him when stage ready

Yep.  The more detail, the more impressive or the bigger you think that it is. By themselves. But when he standing next to others, or not doing that hands clasp MM (where the lateral head is flared out), you see that others are comparable or bigger. And Kai, Dex, Darrem,  all have better peak to his biceps than Phil does.

yep, that was Phil and Darrem back in 2007, where Phil competed at like 225. Who knows how much he weighed there.

Yes. He really needs to perform an oral (see what I did there) and written exam conducted by the ifbb. Maybe, just maybe then he could strut his stuff next to the top 5.

Darrem got old, that is what happened to him. I think the man has been competing since 89 or the early 90s. He apparently has a successful training business in Florida. But, his son Renel apparently has the bbing bug.

Agreed, Dillett's and Coleman's arms are something else... Interesting thing is how Ramy's arms became clearly bigger compared to last year, on a physique that is basically maxed out... Epic SEO protocol of peace...
