Started off out of shape, was off everything, not even training, lattes for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch...etc.
Come April I decided to embark on a get to shape mission for my holiday in Abu Dhabi, heading out there with a Scadinavian beauty. I followed Sev's diet protocols and they worked like a treat, white fish, brown rice, broccoli...but work took over for past month, working 12 hours a day with no time for lunch breaks and been eating mostly out as getting home late and tired meant no prepped food, and training has taken a step back too, two half arsed sessions a week for past two weeks....now im two weeks away and nowhere near my 7% goal
6ft3, sitting at around 210lbs, normally im heavier and considerably leaner at this time of the year.
