M1. I gotta agree with you here!
I've seen or met or personally know about 90+% of the pros and have to admit that Lee at his competitive best is leagues above them all.
And he has been the BEST as far as I am concerned for a relatively long period of time.
Great going, Lee!

You know, Priest sure did have his routine down pat and to the tee. He spent a lot of time on it and every muscle pose transition had smooth joint movement. It still shocks me guys like Dillet did not even give a sheet about their posing. No wonder they never took home a Sandow.

Lee... how? HOW? Explain this picture. Did you have your fat transported out of you like on Star Trek?

i'm sorry if i don't understand well. if you eat a lot and do lots of cardio is that the same thing as if you do a little less cardio but eat a little less? is it that much easier being on winstrol? one time i lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks. i was eating 2200 calories and was doing cardio 6 days a week and weights 4 times a week. out of those 14 pounds about half had to be muscle. i gained it all back and i'm at my highest now 189. i think i'll go for shredding again at 200. i dont want to mess up again because it takes me very long to build muscle.

drugs. simple as that. And that is not to take anything away from bodybuilders, but this simply is not attainable naturally. It's like Ronnie claiming he stays @ 300lbs in the 3 months he takes off after the olympia becuase of his "genetics"...sorry but there is no genetics to keep you at 300lbs at that low BF.

yeah, its all drugs. just like those three wonders on the MTV doccumentary
Peg baseballmom
no, it's not all drugs re-read what I posted and what I was responding too. Naturally, dieting down you are going to lose muscle it's inevitable. Drugs can circumvent this problem and this is how pros are able to get ripped to shreds and maintain (and in some cases) even gain lean mass.
