muscle milk rtd may have around 32g of protein......the best protein that ive been taking usually after a workout is 100% whey Gold Standard by optimum..choc flavor....is bad ass........2 scoops of it with about 12 oz of milk

how much protein should be consumed after working out?.. i normally dont have access to food after i work out...so it has to be from protein powder. see i'm looking for a new protein powder because i'm out...any suggestions as to what brand? any help would be appreciated
