dumbbells mean shit. The flat bench press is a bullshit lift too guys get a lot out of leg drive and arching. the incline bench is a far better test of strength because you can't cheat on it. I know a powerlifter who hit 450 raw and can't get 385 on the incline

guy can incline bench 225 for 10 reps- he's not a pussy
275 for 10 reps- strong guy
315 for 10 reps- badass dude
405 for 10 reps- freak...legit 500-550 lb bencher
