So my buddy told me that he gets this vitamin fusion "cocktail" injected once a week by his nurse gf.

He said its an IM shot, just like gear, and that he feels amazing because of it, tons of energy, focus, etc...

What say you, Getbig?

I got a vitamin shot in the back of Whole Foods from some Dr. that looked like Primemuscle. I truly think it gave me a boost.

He injected my ass cheek (no homo).

The shots he gave me were in individual sealed things with a short needle. Wish I could buy a box of them and do it myself.

People usually get B-12 injections, they probably work better than the oral route.

I almost dont believe that any vitamins are absorbed orally all to well.

These are amazing, they really do work.  With that being said, unless you can find time-released b12 you'll need injections every other day, which isn't worth the hassle

I'm not sure what those look like but I bet they were. It seems like they were like 1/2" long.

Definitely, it's all water-based stuff.  The only caveat is that it stings a bit.

Great stuff though, it increases your energy in the most natural-feeling way.  You'll feel indefatigable, no matter what life throws at you

my dad swears by B12.   I see its not something I can get on ebay.  what is cost/availability?  can anyone just walk into a pharmacy and get one?  i take B complex vitamin each day - comparable?

Sometimes when I'm at the dr office getting injections for my allergies I see people getting b12 injections.

Ordered and received my cake pans in the mail! I'll get around to making the hummingbird cake in the next couple weeks.

Also the sides of the pans lean/slant outwards....my hypothesis is that this will make a cake with straighter sides, as opposed to a cake where the bottom of the layer is wider than the top of the layer. Thoughts? Don't know if my explanation is the greatest

I think some people lack b vitamins such as vegetarians to they get the shots.

I prefer to inject as many macro or micro nutrients as possible. Sometimes if I am thirsty I will even inject distilled water into my glutes because I know the absorption is faster.
