Well, here is positive spin...that white around his mouth was suggested in the comments to possibly be powdered donuts, chances are it's just dry mouth/lips (I think breathing through the mouth does that).
If he had been bodybuilder, then there are several suggestions about what that white around his mouth could be...especially if he won a contest he was not supposed to win.
