I just finished this book, based on the Harvard course on "positive psychology". I must say it was a quite dissapointing read, not a single paragraph on "heme iron".  ???

Grandpa always was dressed in an ironed Sears Suit and knew how to really shake a man`s hand the correct way, not the way you see nowadays.  This was always a display of confidence and everyone knew that when Grandpa was your friend, he would always bring a smile to your face.

I'm good right now. Facing big changes and had a pretty tubulant year. But confident that better days are to come    :D
