Back in the day...yeah fuk the dumbshit youngster who was bitching about me using that phrase....I worked in the gym (manions) where he worked out.  I didn't read the stuff that was posted here but is the story there about the cable row breaking and the handle smashing him in the nose spewing blood everywhere n he kept working out?  

That pic of Benny Funk posted with that mask on....Benny made that famous when Dianna Ross played in Pittisburgh.  Benny jumped on stage with that mask on and started hitting poses.  Diana invited him to tour with her.  He said fuk it I got training to do.

I think there`s something on the web about his lifestyle and living in a cave.

This is after bodybuilding,but obviously not current,but it was on the web somewhere...still may be out there,I`m too fucking tired to look right now. 

Wes/Crown... Benny and his mom Prudence were a blast. I hung out with Benny for the better part of a year when he was training people at Ray Mentzers Muscle Mill in Redondo. That was circa 1983. That video doesn't do his size justice.   

He loved training heavy and was strong as hell. He was the one who told me that ray had squated 900 the Saturday night before. He was one of the funniest and craziest guys I ever met.

His mom had a mouth on her that would make a trucker blush.

Benny wasn't his real name it was his dads name. He took it on after his dad passed away. I believe his real name was John but don't hold me to it.
