Total food each day for last three days
up at 6 am, 1 litre of water with scoop BCCA Xtend
9am 3 eggs scrambled in microwave
12.30 350gms chicken fillet
15.00 1 litre of water with scoop BCCA Xtend
17.00 250-300mgs steak
21.00 1 litre of water with scoop BCCA Xtend

Shed a shit load of water and have loads of energy, uncanny really.

Wow, I didn't know Xtend had so many cals in it.

Its surprising how little the body can survive on isnt it, my workouts havent suffered at all.

of course if you don't eat any carbs for 3 days you'll piss out a bunch of water.

1gal water = 8lbs

and novice dieters/bbers can't figure out how bbers and fighters put on 20lbs in 1 day after a show or after weigh-ins, when they eat a box of pop-tarts and pancakes and drink a 1.5 gallons of fluids.

i make that 2348 cals

my fitness app says im allowed 2800

I`ve dieted on as low as 800-100 cals for short periods of time.......looked damn good for a small old fucker.

Calories don`t build muscle,they either help you gain or lose weight.
