carbohydrates = carbon & water

of course if you don't eat any carbs for 3 days you'll piss out a bunch of water.

1gal water = 8lbs

and novice dieters/bbers can't figure out how bbers and fighters put on 20lbs in 1 day after a show or after weigh-ins, when they eat a box of pop-tarts and pancakes and drink a 1.5 gallons of fluids.
I know its water loss, I can see it in my physique, I have sharpened up considerably.

Carbs attract water........no carbs plus plenty of water = leaner and dryer looking along with weight loss,ie. water weight/bloat.

no. it's the smartest. gal and I have been preaching the benefits of ultra low cals for ever.

SS said it was 'uncanny' that is one of the better explanations for it actually.

you literally feel like your on speed. I know. I've done my fair share of it. :)

2,500 cals + clenbuterol = <8% bf for me. Because I know the correct way to diet...Not crash dieting.

That being said..
If you are on a mild stack of drugs, are already semi-lean, and want to shred up for a week in Ibiza then: 8 cans of plain tuna, 2 gallons of plain green tea, and 50g fiber from ground flax/chia/psyllium seeds  per day for a week and you will shred up...Old school Dave Draper type method. Too much fat in the chicken and beef  ;)

it never fails to amuse me how many guys will vehemently disparage something without ever trying it first.

when gal and I came out w our fasted / 800-1k cal rotation we were called everything but white men. that won't work it's impossible it's unhealthy its crash dieting you'll have no energy you'll lose muscle. lol

all from guys who have never tried it. fear of the unknown takes people out of their comfort zones. it's easier it disparage something than it is to embrace it if it is foreign to you.

I'm tired of fighting and trying to bang this into people's heads.

I sometimes do similar eating for a day or two, just protein mostly at about 1000 cal, but like many here suggest I throw in some veggies for health and fiber. A green salad or some brokkoli won't make you fat, not sure why people leave it out.

Saw this fat disgusting slob telling his fat disguising girlfriend about the colored drink in his blender bottle. "oh it has BCAAs, which are branched chain amino acids, and it's also a carb replacement drink"   ::) because you REALLY need to replace the carbs or you'll whither away...

-no such thing as "correct" way to diet. There's more effective and less effective, no one size fits all solution.
-EIGHT cans of tuna?? Mercury! You have to work yourself up to eating anything more than two or three cans a week.

The digestive process involves a large amount of energy... the less food your body needs to digest, the more energy you'll have available for other bodily processes--such as training.

You know the tired, sluggish feeling you get after eating a big meal?  Low calorie-dieting makes you feel like the opposite of that, all the time
