I'm really good at judging potential. You don't have the constitution to look like BigRo, especially in a year. Doesn't matter how much gear you do. I know most everyone here thinks strength doesn't matter in bb but I think you would need to be at least as strong as him to even approximate his size. Even if you could close in on that level your body would break down, you would tear shit and injure yourself.

Yeah Zach Khan grew, he could also handle a 575 bench. You think you will ever hit 500?

Well I respect your opinion but I don't believe strength has much to do with size.

Also the 575, question is at what point did he do that?

Its a known fact Zack started mega abusing PEDS from early age and I am on my first ever only cycle.

I think you are right about structure etc but if you look at Zack's early pics his structure was really not that great, he just had good arms.

Fundamentally, I believe it comes down to individuals response to gear and genetics and I don't think you are in position at this stage to right me off and say "oh it will never happen"...maybe it will take longer than 1 year but it WILL HAPPEN, question is to what extent etc.

Look at Rich Gaspari (one my favorite bodybuilders) he really did not have great structure or genetics but it happened.

Anyway I don't even want to get into full on bodybuilding, I want to do physique and for that I think I would be ok.

To be fair, not many of us have the intestinal fortitude to achieve BigRo status regardless of the amount of gear we would use. It ain't just Junior.

Pics bad boy I wanna compare difference between shit and good diet. :-*

Yeah you don't become a high level bb by mistake. Regardless of genetics you need to be very regimented for prolonged periods of time. If you don't "even want to go into bb"... of course it's not going to happen. It just doesn't happen by mistake.

Rich was probably pretty psycho. The type of guy who would die for a title, tht's what he claimed, he would die for an Olympia title. I remember Lee Haney said he thought there was something wrong with the guy, he had no girlfriend, he just trained. He got very far with pretty poor genetics but it took a lot as well - regimentation and single-mindedness.

Strength has a lot to do with size. There are no big guys who are weak. They may not demonstrate it every workout but every freak is strong as hell.

No.

I posted a few pics in your last "demand" thread and won't do it again unless I look significantly better. I wanted to at least be up-front about being real.

Frankly, I think that while you are an entertaining poster, your predilection for demanding others produce information is off-putting and obnoxious.

No you didn't you posted one lousy bicep shot.

I don't give a fuck if you want to post pics or not but you should shut the fuck up and not name call and say shit like "i don't wanna get fat like Junior" until you find the balls to post pics of your own.

Most pros have been training and juicing for many years.

I used to think that if I trained long enough,I`d look like Arnold.

It doesn`t work that way.

Just keep training and juicing for 10 or more years.....if you`re still training by then that is.

To look at a pic of Kahn when he was younger means jackshit as far as you and your bodybuilding success or failure goes...trust me on that.

Best bet is to just try to keep progressing as much as possible over the years...........and oh yeah, sometimes life gets in the way.

Good luck with that bro.

Obviously totally take on board what you are saying and I ain't gonna be fucking up my health like that cos I ain't in a rush and want to do physique category anyway  but was just pointing out that "it is possible"

Lion of Judah said many times you can look like very serious bodybuilder within 1 year if you really wanna take it there and genetics argument was mainly bullshit since human anatomy is human anatomy and dna work same way for most people etc.

One year if genetics are exceptional, work ethic is paramount, and diet is impeccable, along with tons of cash, for tons of gear.

200lb now 75% BF 8 weeks into first ever cycle, put on 23lb so far from starting weight but weight not going up anymore.

Diet has been full on retarded, pretty much eat what I want when I want, junk, coke, crisp, chocolate I don't even bother thinking about it (at least I am honest)

But now seriously I am gonna fix that shit up from next week and get my proteins in. Probably been eating like 100g protein a day and 600g carbs, lmao ;D

I am in two minds.

Part of me says cut now lose some fat and then bulk up again and focus on diet.

Other part of me says fuck lets jump up to 1g a week add the deca, fix up diet and get up to like 220 or 230 before I cut.

Fuck ya think?

I wanna look like BigRo or Groink by next summer. I respond really good to gear and zero fucking sides, apart from mental shit

Why did you take down your pic?
