Those old Iso racks and York racks in general are pretty easy to find. I've seen them go $100 - 300 on average here on the east coast.

The story I've always heard is that York got stuck with a ton of the old Iso's once folks figured out it was Dianabol and not Bob's Isometrics that was causing the huge jumps in strength. Apparently, well into the 80's, they had piles of them in the warehouse.

i've always heard that too, bill march was one of the big exponents of the powerrack as well as one of dr john ziegler's early test subjects.

Agree with BB....100%.  Iso's, and the push-pull thing with a somewhat workable theory, wasn't the answer....it was Dr. Feelgood, aka: Ziegler.

The old IronMan magazine (Perry Rader) put out a similar iso rack. With many articles devoted to rack push-pulls in his magazine.

Can't believe how narrow that rack looks and holes about every 3", or so....judging by the picture anyway.

i don't think so seeing as rod k was a west coast guy mostly and york is in pa. there is a resemblance though.
