AAS won't help you. It's not about drugs. You need to build foundation and train consistantly and smart. You can't favour muscle groups and leave out others. You need to eat nutrious foods that will build lean muscle mass. You need sleep and recovery. I don't believe you have what it takes to put in the hard work required.

No... only been once in Sweden (Värnamo), last year. It's lovely, not so crowded as in Holland. Oh, and the selection glutenfree food is amazing!

Like I don't train legs anymore cos I know genetically I have sick legs and they respond very quick when I do, like literally 6-8 weeks to get them into top shape. I squat four plates each side for like 6-8 no problem, can do 130lb incline dummbell chest press for like 8-10, Shoulder Press 225 for like 6-8.

Yeah my traps and back sucks, mainly cos I cant go as heavy, cos I have L4-L5 herniated disc and can't deadlift. I struggle with 315 for like a triple even.

So strength is there and I have only been on juice for 8 weeks for first time in my life.

Yeah my nutrition sucks balls I will admit and partying doesn't help.

Overall I think I can do it if I get my shit together, maybe not in bodybuilding but in physique category cos that's the look I like anyway but I fucking hate dieting like a rabbit.
