Part of the Yates following is he actually worked out.. And he applied some thought to the workouts.  I'm no expert, but having seen a few Ramy videos, I always wonder whats going on?  All this grimacing and whining with this odd slow concentric / fast eccentric motions.  I can hold think that theres some limitless chemical manipulation going on thats unknown and reckless.

Yates actually knew What it meant to build a balanced physique and despite being genetically limited in the biceps he acheived it. Ramy looks like a hippo balanced on cocktail sticks

Yates arms would have looked better with that hosepipe vein running down like arnold and lou. Cutler is also lacking there, makes a huge difference in poses and arms just hanging down to the side

People are grasping at straws.. and I'm not talking about GB.
