Laziness and lack of discipline. With shooting 30+ contests a year, minishoots, other events, family and working at DNA Sports 50+ hours a week, the free time I have I try to relax, which isn't easy. No excuses though. I should be on that threadmill more. I plan to once school is out so we don't leave the house at 7:30am to drop them off.

Treadmill is an easy way to go from fat to skinnyfat which is not what you want.
What you want is:
1. Keep your diet in check, register on myfitnesspal.com and keep track of all of your meals and shoot for <2500 calories every day.
2. Workout with heavy, compound movements.
3. After you reach BF that does not look bad in clothes add some interval training here and there but don't overdo it.
That's it man, it is REALLY simple.
