Anyone tried it? Getting bored now of my routine so fancy a change.If not GVT what other routines do you guys swear by?
I tried it once with bench. I picked the 65% 1RM and it wasn't heavy enough. It was supposed to be so painful that I would see God and shit my spleen, but that didn't happen.Never did go back.
Yeah the 10x10 for one compound movement.Looks as though it is good for lean mass. Anyone got the original program another poster mentioned?
