Women breast milk is the most anabolic protein for a bodybuilder filled with growth factors, and there are a lot of  single baby mothers out there, you hook up with a few of them and after a hard training session you go over suck on her breast get your milk protein for free then you bang her for your test levels, not sure why more bodybuilders dont take advantage of this free supplementation.

Breast milk is 70% lactose. Rest is mostly fat. Quite a little amount of protein.
