Photos really show where your physique stands

I decided to take few full body photos after 2 years without training and eating very little, I was thinking that I still has little bit of muscles left (I never did roids, 100% ectomorph) when looking into the mirror,  but after taking photos I have almost no muscles left, lean but absolutely no mass, look totally untrained.  :-\

Photos really show reality, mirror is liar.

Team Twinks.

Anybody who experienced the same? In the mirror looking "good" but in the photos different story?

Your life must really suck that you cannot even afford to buy food to eat properly, go get a fucking job and then you will be able to train and eat or trying dancing in the street for coins.

I started working 2 years ago so I decided to stop working out to have more energy after work and also because I had no more progress size wise. I eat little now because I dont need more.

Usually,when a person stops training,the size of the muscles dissipate.

What happen's if I stop weight training and just do high intensity cardio everyday and just body weight exercise for like one month, will I shrink?

Talking just pushups, situps, burpees, chin ups, jump squats etc maybe some kettlebells.

You shouldn`t lose all that much in a months time,unless you stop eating completely.

You will lose all the bloat and fat you have piled on in the last 8 weeks and end up at 140lb at 8% bf

I went travelling for about 4 and a half months, did body weight exercises for the first two and the entire time was quite active.

I got smaller but very lean, even my fave which looked quite gaunt even though I was eating junk food every single day for almost every meal.

One month back at the gym and everything regained including strength.

My conclusion from this is that once the muscle has been built after several years it's there to stay. The muscles will get smaller but they will still be there.

Not quite more like around 180 @ 12% BF, 8% ish I would be looking at 165lb natty, hardly any point in my opinion.

Rather be 200lb @ 15% BF than 165lb @ 8% and feel like shit constantly.

I will give credit where credit is due you were right about the dose, 750mg was nuts and even 500mg was too much to start with.

Didn't really hit me as hard as it has in the last 2 weeks.

Really bad case of Test Flu, totally lethargic and unmotivated by it all now.

Not sure to PCT and just come off, lose some weight and get back on in month or two or just cruise at 250mg for a while.

I just can't diet on test @ 500mg or 750mg, like literally can't do it.

It's weird the more I exercise (cardio in particular) the less I wanna eat the less I exercise (mainly weights) the more I wanna eat, especially on test.

I've been pretty happy at 250. Maybe come down to that and level for a few weeks?

Nothing could be further from the truth. I met a chick on Friday night who I had been talking to for weeks. She saw lots of pictures of me, and we would text pictures back and forth.  The first  thing she said to me when she met me was "your alot bigger than you look in pictures". Me in a tshirt and jeans just standing there looked far bigger to her than the best pumped bathroom mirror picture I have ever taken in my life.

it really depends on the guy..
