and modest with it.
I am a modest guy. But with people like you I am arrogant and condescending in real life as well. You would never say anything remotely close to this in real life. I would make sure you get throughly humiliated as a life lesson  :-*

i could troll you like everyone else

but no i asked you a very straight forward question about nutrition

do you do the diet for the people you train or not

if you are taking credit for their transformations then you must be doing their diet which is about 80 percent of their success

i was hoping that you would put some constructive diet information to start a debate

but if you would rather meltdown with the trolls knock yourself out  :)

You are a little over confident and over estimate your abilities, your tennis record speaks for itself.

Now, how does your current boyfriends diet differ from the last rick rack you posted?

I do all their diets obviously .. from getting in shape to athletes. Am currently talking to the local professional soccer team to do their nutrition and incorporate some of my ideas into their preparation.

whats your approach with beginners to tailor their exisiting diet

or switch them completely

So you just bang them all on the diet you follow.

No shame in that Sev, its what I do if people ask, it works for everyone so why not.

If a geriatric is still in shape enough to strip I reckon they're doing ok

Rather than trolling your own thread why dont you answer the serious questions in it, bigmc was courteous enough to ask, you should answer him.

When Sev gets to my age he will be a mess, he knows it, thats why hes so bitter.
Its already dawned on him he cant get in shape like he used to, thats why he abandoned his last steroid course.

Yes, please.  You've talked about the basics....lean meats, healthy fats, green vegetables.

Could you provide a sample diet for a 200lb bodybuilder using gear?  Or talk about general principles to dieting?

switch completely to healthy balanced with a deficit to burn fat .. lean meats, greens, low glycemic carbs and omega 3 fats ...or fattier meats and veggies as in no carbs ..I read their personality and work from there.

It is important to me for them to finish the process.

wolf"ritner".. what a handle lol

you, trainer, simpleton, shizzo must be all the same gimmicks

why spend so much time trying to "get" to a stranger on the forum? seriously

do any of you work out? if so, why not share? I am sure that shittalkers like you look tremendous and are a fountain of knowledge

like Poly said: people like ukjeff or whomever is behind that account nowadays must have serious issues to spend so much time "trolling" some dude halfway across the world.
