You are not WORTH my time so therefore I do not have time to detail. I sleep 5-6 hours a night and have more work than I could handle so I retort to short sentences in which I piss on your head.

I spent years here and wrote in detail everything I do with pics and every possible detail. So if you or any other are trully interested, spend the time to search my posts for the information you oh so desperately want.

I will go back to what I do now which is cook something .. will post pics so stay tuned Faggolino

switch completely to healthy balanced with a deficit to burn fat .. lean meats, greens, low glycemic carbs and omega 3 fats ...or fattier meats and veggies as in no carbs ..I read their personality and work from there.

It is important to me for them to finish the process.

I have my mental abilities so I instantly know "how they are" .. so I guess is gut instinct. No one pointed out in a post and I agree that nutrition has to fit one's personality. Same goes for training style in my opinion.

I have the same uncanny ability to read someone and tailor a diet plan accordingly.
What I do is I look at them very closely and if they are fat I advise them to eat less and if they are thin I advise them to eat more.

I have 100% accuracy up to now.
