Incline smith machin presses 2sets warm up & 1 set maximum.
Incline fly  1set warm up   & 1 set max

One thing has been consistent... If you get Paco and kyomu together in the gym the intensity is going to be there.

Just for different stimulation. we normaly do high sets high reps training.
Plus we cant do heavy duty every time because of overtraining.
