These heroes take the law into their own hands in their constant fight for justice. Sometimes violently and sometimes without recourse to lawful procedures. This makes them both respected and feared by hero and villain alike. While there have been many "anti-heroes" in popular fiction, a select few rise above the rest and into the imaginations of readers. Here are the 10 best of the best who fight crime on their terms...and we love them for it.

Batman... I dunno... He doesn't kill... Sure, he's a great fighter, but Cap is better than he is in the hand to hand department.

In ring work was the deciding factor. Nobody did it better than Dynimate Kid in the ring and Davey Boy complimented him so well. I'm not sure if you saw the crowd reaction on the Bulldogs debute match in the WWF, but it was groundbreaking and the crowd never saw anything like it. They took it to another level that the Freebirds could never match. They were a blueprint tag team that others had to study and learn from. Only the Road Warriors did it all better.
