USA should have played it cool last night too, but they failed at it. They may fail again at just keeping the ball. Should have listened to Klinsmann, who was yelling for them to go back and keep possession. So I think the US will try to attack too much and will get slaughtered when they do.

They really don't need to. Germany gets first place with a draw. Unless the US have the ambition of getting to the quarters and avoid Belgium in the second round, why get slaughtered as they will if they try to push too much. Think the Germans will wait and see and if the Americans play dumb, they'll punish them.

FFS, I was so happy to watch USA win the match. That bald guy should not play in the next game, he was so damn dumb. He lost every ball he had, he lost 100% chance to get the goal and then he couldn't just kick the ball out with 25 seconds on the clock. He ultimately lost the match all by himself.

And he is fucking ugly.

Playing for a draw is dangerous. One lucky break or shot and you are behind. It'll be interesting, best result for Germany and USA is a draw betwixt Ghana and Portugal, means both qualify regardless.

Those games are now played at the same time so teams don't get to "fix" it. I don't see the USA being too ambitious here.

Loew and Klinsmann are buddies. A draw sends both Germany/USA through so don't be surprised if it ends that way.

Maybe unrelated but I'm watching the World Cup matches and I can't believe how every woman that watches drools and make comments on how hot the guys are. Maybe instead of lifting weights we should be playing soccer. My wife's friend said with a smile ,"I didn't know you had to be a model to play soccer."

Tell you what....this Klinsmann fella is right a lot more than he is wrong.

what I do is if I accidentally watch some soccer while surfing through the channels...I'll grab a pair of pliers and squeeze one of my testicles really hard, to counteract the gayness that infused my body
