It's a Huntsman Spider.

If it wasn't for the jumping, I'd just grab it with kitchen tongs and toss it. Spiders don't bother me much, rats and the like do.

Rats huh? I worked with rats as a lab tech that were literally the size of cats. Cute as buttons!

Don't ever go to any of the downtown DC parks at night during summer, street rats literally walk around with the birds waiting for people to feed them! True story.
