I'd say Creatures was the last good album. Lick it Up was half-good.
I like lick it up. Some good songs on there.  All hells breaking lose is great.

Agree, but CotN had no filler. Lick it Up, some.

I don't think Kiss ever tried to cheat there fans .They just didn't know what direction to go and reinvent themselves. That's what got them in trouble

Ooh, I disagree. In the 90s, albums had one or two catchy tunes, and the rest complete garbage. "Uh, All Night," "God Gave Rock n Roll to You," "You Put the X in Sex," absolute shit. But money was still being made.

"Cheating" is a subjective term, but they sure weren't delivering the goods.

That's why I think Destroyer was there last good album. Then it became almost pop musics.or mainstream.  The song Iwas made for.. made probably more money the any of there albums. (That was such a big hit in europe)So they wanted to make both.Hits and good rock music. But kiss fans didn't like that. Lets face it, Kiss used to be really good. But that's back in the 70s

I weathered Dynasty, but I was young and didn't know any better. Now I'm mostly a classic rock/hard rock/metal guy. Only new band I like is Rival Sons. Old jazz is great, too. Even old country, but not much.

Same here, more of the hard rock metal style. Stevie ray Vaughn some old blues. Pretty much anything that's good. Thank god for music. I don't now what I would do with out.

Yeah, I got enough old stuff to last me a lifetime. Don't care to discover anything new.

But the Sons f'n rock, give 'em a listen. Modern Zep, with some Joplin, Animals, Bad Company, and even the Doors thrown in. Best shit I've heard since the 90s.

Love Jake (check out Badlands, if you haven't already), but I'm not feeling his singer. And I'm all over anything 'DC.

Kiss I was huge fan as kid saw them alive 2 tour was little kid what did I know..

ist off first few albums are tough listen..hotter than hell got better ,there music came to life on alive and 'slick production to get the crowds frenzy made it sell well'then comes rock n roll over good/destroyer real good/love gun good then 'alive 2'great still listen this was there good run and top kiss hysteria...comics/dolls.and bad movie hurt them a bit,,dynasty was just a few tunes and more elaborate costumes and then it waned and then peter/ace did there thing...

eric carr, vinnie Vincent, bruce kulick, mark st john,,good musicians, who brought life to lick it up/animalize,ect...makeup kiss and non make up kiss are 2 different  on stage animals ,,studio kss half the time ace/peter missed many love gun/dynasty/sessions..
